WHAT YOU’LL DO

Position Description:

The Manager, Finance and Analytics is responsible for providing day to day leadership to the Analytics team as we establish data standards, identify critical data for enterprise wide analysis and develop dashboards. He or She will provide company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis. This individual is a hands-on leader who can develop relationships with individuals at a variety of levels both internal and external to Primrose. Our ideal candidate will be highly quantitative, driven, and intellectually curious.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides on-going feedback, coaching, and development to enhance the Analytics team's performance and capabilities, to facilitate open communication, and to encourage continuous performance improvement.

Lead investment analysis to establish Net Present Value (NPV) targets and measure actual performance for key company initiatives.

Lead preparation of materials for private equity sponsor, board of directors, and securitization entities

Active involvement in corporate financing activities, including securitized debt.

Leads a team of Analysts performing data analysis and developing insightful dashboards, memos & presentations that summarize the data.

Collaborating with our internal teams and external consultants to provide (a) visibility into our data so we can make sound financial decisions and (b) tools to help facilitate efficient, accurate forecasts and collaboration with stakeholders

Partners with all departments to identify meaningful data to add to the data warehouse for future analysis, including reviewing the data to cleanse, extract, transfer and load.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal candidate will possess a mix of the following skills and competencies:

Bachelor’s degree required, Master of Business Administration (MBA) is desirable

5-7 years of experience in a highly analytical environment

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Proven ability to multi-task and balance multiple high priority tasks

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Experience with Tableau is beneficial
