    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    Position Description:

    Primrose’s vision is to deliver the best and most trusted early education and care for children and families across America. Our Education team plays a major role in allowing us to deliver on that vision. As a key member of the team reporting to the Chief Early Learning Strategy Officer, the Education Program Manager oversees the execution of curriculum initiatives and collaborates with internal and external partners to help effectively enhance and communicate our Balanced Learning® approach.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Manage assigned initiatives of the Education team, ensuring project workflow/lifecycle deliverables are met and ensure organized, accurate documentation from initiation to closure.

    Lead the development of Education System communications (Excellicast, Essentials, etc.) while working cross-functionally to obtain and validate content inputs.

    Collaborate with the School Excellence and School Development teams to oversee education-specific FF&E and campus design requirements and ensure accuracy of all documentation and alignment with the curriculum.

    Manage and serve as the Education liaison for platforms (e.g. Gateway, Procare), ensuring functionality and usability, advocating for/communicating development, escalating (or directly fixing, when applicable) issues.

    Contribute to curriculum projects and/or field support as needed.

    We seek to build teams of individuals who maintain trusted relationships, demonstrate accountability, influence without authority, have a service mindset, agility and curiosity. Our ideal candidate will possess a mix of the following skills and competencies:

    · Bachelor’s degree, preferably in education or communications.

    · 5-7 years of experience in education or similar industry.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Power Point, Word, and Excel.

    · Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) systems a plus.

    · Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, to multiple groups, both up and down/ internal and external.

    · Proven ability to stay organized and detail-oriented, while being self-directed and self-motivated.

    · Proven collaborator with the ability to rally multiple resources to accomplish goals.
