We are the leaders in early childhood education because we purposefully set our teachers and support staff up for success.Responsibilities:Teachers are responsible for implementing the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum which includes activities for children that focus on physical, social and emotional growth. All curriculum and needed materials are provided to you by us. We provide the materials and resources to you to help the children to explore, manipulate, and use, both in learning activities and in active play. You will also have scheduled planning time during your workday, so no late nights planning during your personal time. If you want to go that extra mile and pickup that fun item to enhance your upcoming lesson, or a treat to reward your awesome kids, use the monthly spending stipend we provide for every classroom. You will have no extra personal expenses.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for lesson planning, parent communication, and curriculum implementation for your age group.
Assessing each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis, using multiple assessment platforms.
Responsible for the well-being, care and supervision of children.
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor's degree or college courses in education field preferred.
Have or willing to enroll in the NC Early Childhood Credentials (EDU 119), with 2 years experience working with this age group
A passion for working with your specific age group is a must.
Must be available to work full time Monday through Friday

Our responsibilities you:
Supply you with everything you need at your fingertips to teach our curriculum
Create time inside your workday to plan and collaborate with your co-teacher so you don't need plan during your personal time
Support you so you can count on a morning and afternoon break, and an hour lunch break
Have reserve staff present regularly, so your schedule doesn't automatically get thrown off if co-workers are absent
Create a working environment so when you have any challenges with students or parents you know you are fully supported and respected by management and our families.
