    Make a difference every day.

    Create a culture of support within the school (for staff, families and children).

    Cultivate an environment committed to health and safety.

    Learn all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire.

    Manage operation of the school in the Director’s absence.

    Assist the Director to ensure maximum enrollment and effective cost control.

    Our ideal candidate has:

    A degree in Education, Business, or related field required

    ProCare experience (desired)

    Experience in child-care management preferred (20+ employees desired)

    Knowledge of state licensing preferred

    Experience with staffing and scheduling preferred

    Demonstrate strong customer service

    Computer literate in Microsoft applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)

    Must possess or be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification

    Proficient writing and interpersonal skills

    Ability to concentrate on many tasks at a single time

    Ability to meet deadlines

    Professional demeanor

    Comfortable with public speaking

    Schedule:

    8-hour shift (able to close at 6:30PM)

    Monday to Friday

    Negotiable Salary Increase for Candidates with Primrose Management Experience
