    Primrose School of Alpharetta East seeks enthusiastic teachers who want to make a difference and put their talents to use. We are currently looking for a Full-time Teacher for our Infant classroom. Each new addition to the Primrose Family has the opportunity to strengthen the message of why Primrose Teams do what we do, to reinforce how we make a difference, and to expand our ability to serve more children and families.     The Teacher is responsible for general classroom management and supervision, which includes the personal care, hygiene, and positive discipline of the children. He or she plans and implements the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum, which includes activities for children that stress physical, social, and emotional growth and provides materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate, and use, both in learning activities and in active play. The Teacher prepares materials and classrooms for class activities and conducts all activities in a safe, organized, and productive manner.

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience working with infants is preferred.

    Must be energetic and fun

    Must be able to work full-time Mon-Fri 7-4 or 9-6

    Ability to relate positively with young children; Nurturing, warm, friendly and patient.

    Must have a passion for children and work well with a team

    Must continue to accumulate required hours of training as required by state licensing agency and/or corporate office.

    Must be able to life up to 35lbs in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety and potential emergency situations.
