    Our ideal candidate has: Qualifications:

    A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.

    A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.

    Level II or Level III Early Childhood Administration Credentials

    Strong background in state licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment and budget management

    Demonstrated highly-effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

    Demonstrated responsibilities in overseeing all preschool operations including human resources, quality assurance and facility operations

    A proven track record in hiring, developing and retaining staff

    Skill Sets:

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Overall responsibilities for managing and overseeing all aspects of a private preschool to include health and safety, enrollment and financial wellness, staffing, training and retention, campus management, and delivery of high-quality education and care

    Maintain strong relationships with our families, faculty, and vendors

    Cultivate and maintain a safe and enjoyable culture while working in a fast-paced environment

    Understands and has strong working knowledge of Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum

    Passionately believes in and is able to communicate all aspects of the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach to teaching and learning

    Participates in the selection and hiring of teaching staff

    Coordinates with other members of the Leadership Team to implement the training plan for new teaching staff according to classroom-specific Continual Learning Guides

    Ensures teacher training requirements are up-to-date

    Conducts classroom observations to regularly support and ensure Balanced Learning® curriculum implementation and delivery

    Collaborates with other members of the Leadership Team to provide ongoing feedback for teaching staff, using a variety of tools such as Classroom Observation Forms and Teacher Evaluations

    Works with teachers to identify strengths and areas of opportunity to design plans for continual improvement

    Creates a culture of engagement by empowering teachers to find solutions for themselves

    Maintains confidentiality

    Maintains inventory of the school's Resource Room and supply shop for items needed

    Ability to perform all essential functions for each position in the School, including, but not limited to, other Leadership Team positions, teacher, School Cook, and Bus Driver.
