    Primrose School of Broken Arrow is seeking a Kindergarten Teacher to begin work in May 2024, leading our Summer Adventure Club K- 5 Grade and leading into our August 2024 school year for our Kindergarten classroom. As a Kindergarten Teacher at Primrose School of Broken Arrow, you’ll help prepare students for elementary school through small group academic lessons, scientific investigation, creative expression, physical well-being, and social and emotional development.

    Teach children through the design thinking process with challenges that help them learn problem-solving skills, innovative thinking, executive function skills, and good character.

    Help children learn critical literacy and math skills as well as engage in projects focused on science, art, social studies, and character development.

    Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum.

    Discover what works best for each child (songs, stories, games, art, etc.) to motivate and stimulate their abilities.

    Desired skills and experience:

    A minimum of one to two years of teaching experience, or a May 2024 graduate, is preferred.

    Bachelor’s degree in early education preferred.

    Teaching certification completed or in process with the Oklahoma State Department of Education.

    Strong organization skills, abilities to prioritize and plan work activities, and time management skills.

    Ability to look beyond the standard solutions and display original thinking and creativity.
