Make a difference every day.

Participate in the selection and hiring of teaching staff.

Coordinate with other members of the Leadership Team to implement the training plan for new teaching staff.

Conduct classroom observations to regularly support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.

Create a culture of engagement by empowering teachers to find solutions for themselves.

Our ideal candidate has:

A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.

At least 2 years’ experience working in a large group preschool/day care.

Demonstrated responsibilities in overseeing all classroom operations, including curriculum delivery, lesson plan enhancements, and teacher development/mentorship.

Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.
