Primrose School of Chapel Hill at Briar Chapel located at 81 Falling Springs Road Chapel Hill, NC 27516 is seeking an Assistant Director for our accredited private preschool. This position will ensure adherence to our mission of bringing the best and most trusted in early childhood education and child care services to the families we serve.

Primary Responsibilities:

Observe and enforce all rules and regulations at Primrose School of Chapel Hill at Briar Chapel and the local, state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children

Assist with administrative and other responsibilities as necessary both inside and outside of the classroom

Cross- function for other positions in the School, including but not limited to classroom teacher and food service support

Provide marketing, events and general administrative support to the Directors and Owners

Desired skills and experience:

Must meet requirements of local child care regulatory agency and Primrose School of Chapel Hill at Briar Chapel

Early Childhood Education degree and/or NC ECE credentials preferred

At least two year's work experience in a licensed child care facility or equivalent program

Must be able to work between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday thru Friday
