Daily Responsibilities:

Assist with adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with the children and their parents.

Assist with managing classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks and meals.

Provide a safe and loving environment that nurtures the social, emotional, cognitive, creative and physical development of each child.

Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.

Requirements:

One year experience working with children.

Participate in staff and training meetings.

Commit to continuing education.
