Facilities Maintenance Manager (Supporting 3 School Locations in Marietta and Canton GA)
Goal:
To maintain cleanliness and repairs in accordance with Primrose Schools guidelines. Provide a safe and well- maintained environment for children, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities:
Maintaining day-to-day maintenance needs for schools three schools located in Marietta, Canton/Holly Springs, day-to-day operations such as completing maintenance orders and repairs
Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, kitchen, common areas, classrooms, parking lots, outdoor spaces and playgrounds
Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with contractors
Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to approved team member or vendor
Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors
Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for owner and other relevant staff
Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions
Collaborating with owners and director on budgeting for facilities needs
Ability to perform all of the essential functions for each position in the School, including, but not limited to Food Service and Bus Driver
Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of state licensing regulations of facilities and grounds
Two years' work experience in a licensed child care facility, kindergarten or early childhood education program preferred.
Experience in business and/or facilities management preferred.
Must meet the requirements of local child care regulatory agency and Primrose Schools training requirements, including required background screening.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the responsibilities of the position, handling safety, and potential emergency situations.
