The Primrose School of East Windsor is seeking a full time/part time office intern. This is a paid position and we are seeking High school/College students or working professionals. We are seeking a candidate who is energetic, organized, problem solver, and possesses great communication skills. Responsibilities will include Front office support, Parent communications, social media and Marketing support and classroom support (if needed). This is an awesome opportunity to learn and grow your customer service, marketing and childcare/education skills.

Compensation: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour based on qualification and experience

· Strong Communication and Computer Skills

Responsibilities:

COMMUNICATION

• Manage and operate front desk

• Model and provide positive communication and interaction with staff, families and children.

• Provide the highest levels of customer service providing solutions for requests/complaints by handling them within the Office Manager scope or redirecting to the Director/Owner immediately.

MARKETING AND ENROLLMENT

• Support marketing and enrollment activities, working with Director and Leadership team.

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

• Support business management & procurement working with Director and Leadership team
• Maintain records and systems
• Administrative support and assistance to Director and Leadership team
