As a 2-year-old Teacher at Primrose School of Lake Norman, you’ll create a fun, safe environment for children to discover new concepts with confidence through multi-sensory learning experiences. As a two-year-old teacher, you will assist children in gaining independence through potty training and self-help skills while also keeping them challenged cognitively. As children continue their experiences at school, the loving and nurturing environment is crucial, and the teacher creates that environment that sets children up for success. Developmentally appropriate curriculum is prepared, and teachers have the flexibility to individualize lessons to meet students' educational and physical needs. Support is provided to teachers by an education coach to ensure that teachers feel prepared and confident in implementing the curriculum to meet the needs of the children in the class.
