Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and curriculum for children in a childcare setting.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Provide individualized attention and support to each child's needs.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
• Monitor and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive learning environment.

Experience:

• Previous experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
• Ability to effectively manage behavior and promote positive discipline techniques.
• Familiarity with first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies.
• Experience working with students of various ages, from toddlers to preschoolers.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
