The Director will manage and oversee aspects of pre-opening and post opening of a private preschool, including health and safety, meals, enrollment and financial wellness, marketing, compliance, staffing, recruiting, training, and delivery of high-quality education and care and other as needed.

Our ideal candidate has:
A strong commitment and ability to building positive relationships with students, staff, families and the community
Strong leadership qualities and business management skills.
A Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Education Management or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.
At least 5 years’ experience managing a large group (150 + students), EEC licensed program.
Holds EEC Director II qualifications, CPR & First Aid Certified
Holds a Food Service Manager Certificate or willing to obtain one.
Excellent Organization skills, Time Management, Self-Motivated and Goal Driven,
Strong background in state licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment, and budget management.
Demonstrated responsibilities in overseeing all school operations, including human resources, quality assurance, and facility operations.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Operating Social Media Platforms
Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
