Primrose School of Natick is an award-winning, accredited private preschool that provides a premier educational child care experience. We offer year-round programs for children from infant through elementary-aged school age and are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Infant & Toddler teachers to support the expansion and growth of our school.
As a Teacher at Primrose School of Natick, you will help young minds explore, discover and understand the world around them. You will have the opportunity to work with a research-informed turn-key curriculum in which you plan and implement an ongoing program of activities that promote the social, emotional, cognitive and physical development of each child, in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach to teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall supervision of a group of children
Implement the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum and programming
Observe all rules and regulations pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children
Provide an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages creativity, exploration, and decision-making by the children
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 1 year teaching experience in a classroom setting
Degree in early childhood education or a related field preferred
EEC Certified Infant/Toddler Teacher or in the process of obtaining certification required
