Primrose School of Natick is an award-winning, family-owned and accredited private preschool that provides a premier educational childcare experience. We offer year-round programs for children from infancy through pre-kindergarten and are expanding to a 2nd location soon. We are hiring individuals looking to grow their careers in leadership positions including School Director, Assistant School Director and Education Coordinator as we prepare for expansion.

Create a culture of support within the school (for staff, families and children).

Learn all essential functions for each position in the school including licensing, accreditation, enrollment, marketing of the program, hiring and faculty development.
Partner with the Education Coach in overseeing and supporting 14 classrooms and manage other leadership team members in overseeing the daily school operations.
Work with and enjoy support from the owners, school leadership team and the vast resources provided by the brand.

Our ideal candidate has:
A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community with strong communication and time management skills.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.
At least 2 years administrative experience in an EEC licensed program
Holds EEC Director II qualifications
