At most centers, its hard to know what you should be doing each day and it often feels like you are just waiting for "emergencies" to come at you daily. We do not think that is healthy.

At our school you will know what needs to be done each day, week, and month. We will train you so that you can learn how to be successful.

We want our leadership team to learn and grow to be great managers and our coaching and training really makes that possible.

Healthy Levels of Staffing. Most centers severely understaff which leads to the management team having to constantly fill in as a backup chef or teacher. With healthy levels of staffing our management team can truly lead the school.
