    Job Description: As a Lead Teacher in our Infant or Toddler program, you will be responsible for planning and implementing activities that support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child. You will adhere to the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum and provide a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

    Requirements:

    ECT Certification required

    Ability to pass all required background checks

    Capability to occasionally lift up to 35 lbs.

    Must demonstrate frequent physical activities such as walking, standing, sitting, kneeling, crawling, squatting, reaching, bending, and crouching

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Supervise and manage daily class functions for a group of children

    Adhere to all Primrose School of Standley Lake rules and regulations regarding child health, safety, and care

    Assess each child's developmental needs regularly

    Implement approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule following the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum

    Collaborate with the Leadership Team on parent-teacher conferences and student evaluations

    Maintain an inviting and organized classroom environment

    Provide positive reinforcement and set clear behavior expectations for children

    Attend required staff meetings, workshops, and school functions

    Adhere to state licensing regulations and Primrose Schools policies and curriculum

    Maintain professional appearance and conduct

    License/Certification:

    CPR Certification (Preferred)

    Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)

    INS Certification (Preferred)
