Daily Responsibilities:

• Tailor teaching methods and materials to match the interests and learning styles of children.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with both children and parents.
• Effectively manage classroom activities, including lessons, playtime, breaks, and meals.
• Monitor children's progress and provide regular updates to parents.
• Assist children in reaching developmental milestones.
• Design and implement activities that foster self-esteem and social skills.
• Communicate professionally with both parents and fellow staff.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience working in a preschool classroom.
• 2-year degree in early childhood or related field preferred
• Availability to work a 9:00 am - 6:00 pm shift.
• Willingness to participate in staff and training meetings.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
