QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
· High integrity, competent, confident and coachable · Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality · Highly professional and dependable · Able to interact with students of all ages and skill levels with an understanding of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children · Excellent communication, good listening, follow-up and problem-solving skills, including high coping capabilities · Responsible for general classroom management and supervision, which includes the personal care, hygiene and positive guidance of the children · High School diploma (or equivalent)
