    REMOTE / PREFERRED LOCATION FOR THIS ROLE IS DALLAS, TX 75039, BUT OPEN TO STRONG CANDIDATES ANYWHERE IN THE U.S.A. JOB WILL BE REMOTE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

    TECHNICAL LEAD: Dev background is essential to lead and provide guidance in conversations with development teams. Will consider development background of C, Java, or Python but Python is most critical.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for the management of technical projects from initiation through implementation, including planning, analysis, design development, testing and implementation.
    • Aligns business units, technical development and supports BI team functions.
    • Develops application abstraction layers, and supporting ad-hoc project work.
    • Support the greater organization by supporting and leading various technical projects such as infrastructure upgrades, server upgrades, streamlining existing technology implementations, and partnering with internal business clients to provide technology-driven solutions.
    • Develops, monitors and owns project technical tasks and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly.
    • Works closely with IT teams and Business units to achieve required project goals.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Typically has 4+ years of relevant experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    • Technical Project Management experience
    • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
    • Experience with tableau, SAS, SQL, Python
    • Intermediate-to-Advanced object oriented programming or scripting (Python, Java C)
    • Familiarity with Client-Server architecture, RESTful APIs
    • Proficiency with using Python and/or R for data science and automation (SQL automation, RPA (Nice to have), VB.)
    • Advanced SQL Skills; Advanced queries, sub-queries. Familiarity with SQL Server AlwaysOn and other database architectures (Oracle, Snowflake, Postgres) a plus.
    • Familiarity with application architecture
    • Some familiarity of bash and Linux command line
    • Familiarity with cloud technology (Azure, GCP, AWS)
