This role combines data-driven expertise with leadership to deliver high-impact advertising solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Principal Amazon Advertising Strategist
Location: San Diego, CA (On-site)
Compensation Range: $125,000–$175,000 (depending on experience)
What You'll Be Doing
Lead Amazon PPC strategy and manage complex advertising campaigns.
Partner with enterprise clients, solving high-impact challenges and delivering measurable results.
Analyze campaign data to craft insights and action plans that drive growth.
Mentor junior strategists and shape internal best practices.
Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage AI to optimize performance.
Design tools and templates that improve efficiency across the organization.
What You Bring
8+ years of experience in advertising strategy, including 4+ with Amazon PPC (agency experience preferred).
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, and advanced reporting tools (Excel, Sheets, etc.).
Proven success in Amazon Ad Console, third-party platforms, and retail media networks.
A passion for mentoring and continuous improvement.

Compensation Details
