Principal eCommerce Brand Manager
Location: San Diego, CA (On-site)
Compensation Range: $150,000–$200,000 (depending on experience)
What You'll Be Doing
Own the full brand lifecycle for multiple clients, from strategy development to execution.
Lead client-facing meetings and presentations to deliver impactful business results.
Guide and mentor junior team members to boost performance, while managing cross-functional teams for brand and advertising initiatives.
Develop sales forecasts and tailored PPC strategies for each client.
Build strong client relationships, respond promptly to needs, and provide effective solutions.
Report on key performance indicators, generate actionable insights, and optimize brand performance continuously.
Serve as a subject matter expert in up to three specialized areas within the department.
What You Bring
8+ years of brand management experience, including 4+ years in Amazon eCommerce (agency experience preferred).
In-depth, hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
Excellent communication, client management, and data storytelling abilities.
Proficiency with Amazon tools (e.g., Helium 10), Excel/Google Sheets, project management software like Asana, and presentation tools like PowerPoint/Google Slides.
A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to managing multiple high-priority projects.
