    We need a first-class seasoned product manager to drive strategy, enhancements and implementations on our data platform capabilities and build the next gen of Data foundation to drive business growth. This role is critical to our success as a business and is a highly visible role that will entail collaboration, leadership and working cross functionality across all stakeholders and partners on Engineering, Platform, Product, Analytics, Compliance etc. teams.

    What you’ll do:

    1. Define and translate business unit needs and develop the right data foundation to support these needs.
    2. Deeply understand the business needs, product analytics, and industry innovation to drive the product vision and strategy, maximizing business and consumer impact.
    3. Develop a product roadmap that supports the business unit and drive execution with the data engineering team.
    4. Define and evolve the product vision and strategic direction for our Enterprise Data Platform to support enterprise wide use cases.
    5. Partner closely with senior management, engineering and platform teams to define and align with stakeholders on vision, strategy, and roadmap.
    6. Develop a Data Platform product roadmap in partnership with relevant product and engineering teams that execute on product vision and strategy and inform our engineering teams of what problems need to be solved.
    7. Drive cross business unit collaboration, dependency management, planning and execution.
    8. Foster a metrics-driven environment that encourages quality experimentation and sets high standards for measuring data success.
    9. Exhibit robust problem-solving and decision-making skills, tackling technical and strategic challenges in innovative ways and leveraging data and intuition to make strategic choices in the face of ambiguity and complexity.
    10. Ensure thoughtful Data product evolution that addresses evolving industry needs and business requirements.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    What you’ll bring:

    • 5+ years of experience in product management in Data and platform capabilities
    • Proven track record of building Data and Platform solutions that scale and drive business growth.
    • Ability to develop vision and strategy, demonstrate strong business acumen and problem solving combined with skills to evangelize internally and educate the organization.
    • Excellent communication and organization skills. Experience with complex large scale implementations is preferred
    • Rigor in translating ideas into actual plans and execution tracks.
    • Proven ability to drive execution and velocity and partnerships. Agile Product management experience and demonstrated success in collaboration and execution across a cross functional organization.
    • Demonstrated experience in leading through data-driven decision making and prioritization.
    • STEM or Business Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred

    Work from home/hybrid:

    We are proudly offering hybrid options in the Phoenix, AZ and San Francisco, CA metro markets. In other locations throughout the country, we offer work from home in the following states: WA, NV, UT.

    Salary Range : $160,000 to $210,000 annually + bonus + benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
