    Aerostar SES LLC (ASL) is seeking an experienced Principal Environmental Engineer to join our expanding team. This senior-level position provides technical leadership on complex environmental engineering projects and oversees regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and high-level client or internal support. The Principal Environmental Engineer combines advanced technical expertise with strong project management and leadership abilities to deliver sustainable, cost-effective solutions in areas such as environmental remediation, permitting, impact assessments, and compliance programs. Responsibilities: • Lead the planning, design, and execution of complex environmental engineering projects. • Oversee large-scale, multidisciplinary projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance. • Provide technical guidance on environmental engineering issues and interpret environmental data results to make informed decisions. • Environmental remedial technology evaluations, cost estimating, design drawings/specifications. • Preparation of technical reports, specifications, and plans; data management and evaluation; and environmental assessment and remediation. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and develop a detailed project plan to track progress. • Oversee and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget. • Prepare engineering calculations, technical drawings, reports, and permit applications. • Evaluate, design, and conduct pilot tests for remediation systems. • Develop designs and technical reports for remediation systems, including air sparging and soil vapor extraction. • Plan and manage environmental construction activities such as trenching, piping installation, and site restoration. • Mentor junior engineers and scientists by providing technical guidance, training, and support for professional growth. • Provide field oversight of remediation operations and supervise subcontractor activities. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited institution. • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Florida. • 5–10 years of experience in environmental remediation and consulting. • Strong knowledge of applicable environmental laws, regulations, and industry standards. • Experience with the design, construction, and operation of environmental remediation systems. • In-depth understanding of remediation regulations essential for the successful execution of federal and private-sector remediation projects. • Valid U.S. driver’s license required. • Employment may be contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug screening, background check, and verification of acceptable professional references. Compensation: $110,000 - $150,000 annually
