    Aerostar SES LLC (ASL) is seeking a talented Principal Environmental Engineer to join our ASL team. The Principal Environmental Engineer is a senior-level technical leader responsible for directing complex environmental engineering projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic guidance to clients or internal teams. This role combines technical expertise, project management, and leadership to deliver sustainable, cost-effective solutions across environmental remediation, permitting, impact assessment, and compliance programs. Responsibilities: • Lead the planning, design, and execution of complex environmental engineering projects. • Oversee large-scale, multidisciplinary projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance. • Provide technical guidance on environmental engineering issues and interpret environmental data results to make informed decisions. • Environmental remedial technology evaluations, cost estimating, design drawings/specifications. • Preparation of technical reports, specifications, and plans; data management and evaluation; and environmental assessment and remediation. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and develop a detailed project plan to track progress. • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. • Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, reports, and permit applications. • Evaluate, design, and perform pilot tests for remediation systems. • Design and prepare reports for remediation systems including, but not limited to, air sparging and soil vapor extraction. • Manage and perform environmental construction activities such as trenching, piping, and site restoration. • Mentor junior engineers and scientists, providing technical training and supporting professional development. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline from an ABET accredited school. • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida • 5-10 years of experience in environmental remediation and consulting. • Knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, and standards. • Experience w/ the design, construction, and operation of remediation systems. • Thorough understanding of remediation regulations critical to successful execution of Federal and private remediation projects. • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license. • As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable references and background check results. Compensation: $110,000 - $150,000 yearly
