    The Opportunity

    We’re seeking a Principal, GTM Strategy to lead federal web initiatives for Adobe’s Creator offerings, including cross-app journeys, user activation and onboarding, merchandising, and keyword routing, to ensure Creators are guided to the right Adobe product, workflow, and value as quickly as possible.

    In this role, you will partner closely with PMM, marketing, product, and analytics leaders to develop and implement a cross-app growth roadmap. You will drive cross-functional alignment across apps and offerings and deliver measurable business impact across the Creator web portfolio.

    ** What You’ll Do**

    • Partner withproduct, marketing, and analyticsteams to deeply understand cross-app user journeys and articulate clear“better together” narrativesacross Creator offerings.
    • Identifygaps and friction pointsfrom activation and onboarding through repeat use and retention, grounded in deep user insights and experience data.
    • Develop, prioritize, and championhigh-impact integration and optimization initiativesthat deliver higher value to users.
    • Drivealignment and executionof cross-app growth initiatives across cross-functional teams, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and outcomes.
    • Establish decision frameworks for keyword routingwhen multiple products can serve the same user intent.
    • Identifycross-app merchandising opportunitiesfor existing and new offerings that clearly align to user needs and value propositions.
    • Continuouslyshare insights, wins, and failuresto build a culture of learning, experimentation, and iteration across the team.
    • Serve as thevoice of the customeracross the organization, ensuring that growth strategies are anchored in deliveringreal, sustained valuefor users.

    ** What you need to succeed**

    • 10+ years of experiencein GTM strategy, product-led growth, product strategy, or growth marketing roles.
    • Adata-driven approachwith demonstrated ability to dig into metrics, identify patterns, and translate insights into clear decisions and actions.
    • Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and implement across diverse teams.
    • Experience working acrossmultiple products/portfolios, helping to defineand build cohesive cross-product user experiences.
    • Experience operating inhigh-growth, fast-paced environments, ideally working withGen AI or other emerging, innovative technologies.
    • A strongbias for action, deepintellectual curiosity, and a passion for buildingcategory-defining user experiences.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $145,400 -- $261,150 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    In California, the pay range for this position is $180,300 - $261,150

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
