    We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to join the Creative Cloud Product Team and redefine how millions of creatives engage with Adobe’s flagship products-Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and more.     As a senior leader on the Product Engagement team, you will influence the creative industry every day. You’ll own high-impact initiatives that make our products more intuitive, delightful, and indispensable. Working alongside world-class designers, engineers, product and growth leaders, you’ll craft experiences that span multiple products and deliver measurable customer success and business growth.

    ** What you'll Do**

    • Own the Product Strategy: Define and champion the engagement strategy for Creative Cloud products, aligning with Adobe’s broader business goals.
    • Drive Innovation: Lead ideation and execution of breakthrough features that elevate user engagement and retention across desktop and mobile.
    • Shape the Roadmap: Prioritize initiatives that deliver maximum impact, balancing bold bets with incremental improvements.
    • Influence at Scale: Collaborate with senior collaborators across product, engineering, design, growth, and product marketing to ensure seamless execution.
    • Leverage Data & Insights: Build frameworks for measuring success, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and translate insights into actionable decisions.
    • Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor industry shifts, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to keep Adobe at the forefront of creativity.
    • Champion UX Excellence: Partner with design teams to translate user needs into elegant, intuitive experiences-including ML-powered workflows.

    What We're Looking For**

    • Proven Leadership: 8+ years in product management with a track record of delivering complex, high-impact products end-to-end.
    • Strategic Problem Solver: Ability to connect customer insights, market trends, and business goals to build a compelling product vision. Have a keen system thinking approach
    • Proficient in UX principles and track record of collaborating closely with engineering teams; familiarity with AI and ML-based experiences is advantageous.
    • Data-Driven Decision Maker: Skilled at defining metrics, interpreting data, and using insights to guide product and growth strategy.
    • Outstanding Communicator: Comfortable presenting to executives, influencing cross-functional teams, and encouraging collaborators.
    • Customer-Centric Attitude: Passion for understanding creative workflows and building products that delight users.
    • Adaptable & Resilient: Thrives in ambiguity, brings clarity, and drives alignment in fast-paced environments.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $145,100 -- $273,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
