    About Frame.io

Frame.io is redefining how creative production happens. Creative professionals around the world, from independent filmmakers to teams at large brands, rely on Frame.io to seamlessly collaborate and bring their stories to life.

You’ll join a team of makers, dreamers, and problem-solvers who care deeply about the creative process, and who operate with the agility of a startup backed by the resources and reach of one of the world’s most admired software companies. We’re investing heavily in growing Frame.io’s global reach, deepening its role as the creative hub within Adobe’s ecosystem, and building AI-powered workflows that make creative work radically faster, more aligned, and more fun.

    The Opportunity

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to own a major strategic area within Frame.io’s product organization. This opportunity is designed for someone who goes looking for the biggest, most consequential problems and then marshal the resources, relationships, and clarity of thought required to solve them.

If you’re a strategic problem solver who enjoys details and a storyteller connecting data points into a product narrative, we want to talk. You should feel motivated by crafting the future of creative collaboration.

    What You’ll Do

    • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major growth area within Frame.io. Define where to play, how to win, and what to build, then rally cross-functional teams around that direction. Ruthlessly prioritize which customer problems are most valuable for the business to solve, make clear bets, and defend your trade-offs with data and conviction.
    • Navigate the ambiguity of turning a constellation of customer conversations, usage data, and market signals into a comprehensive, iterative roadmap that moves the needle forward.
    • Prototype and validate quick concepts, putting them in front of potential users and iterating based on real feedback before committing engineering resources at scale. Drive execution with precision by translating strategy into clear requirements, shipping high-quality experiences, and measuring impact well beyond launch.
    • Connect strategy, customer insight, and technical possibility into a compelling narrative that aligns engineering, design, leadership, and cross-Adobe partners. Influence laterally on your product team and negotiate effectively across Adobe’s broader product portfolio to ensure Frame.io’s priorities are understood, resourced, and integrated.
    • Monitor competitive dynamics, emerging technology trends, and shifts in how creative professionals work. Feed those insights back into your roadmap.

    What Makes A Great Fit

    • 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning and shipping impactful products in SaaS or platform environments.
    • A bias toward action and independence. You proactively identify large, ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution without waiting for direction.
    • Experience navigating and negotiating across large, matrixed organizations. You know how to build coalitions, earn trust, and drive alignment without direct authority.
    • Strong analytical instincts. You leverage product analytics, cohort analysis, and market data to inform strategy and measure outcomes.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication. You adapt your style to your audience, whether that’s an engineer, an executive, or an enterprise customer.

    Nice to Have

    • Domain experience in Media & Entertainment, video production, post-production workflows, or Creative-for-Marketing.
    • Experience building or shipping AI/ML-powered products, particularly in creative contexts.
    • Familiarity with creative tools and ecosystems (Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
