    Principal Product Manager

    Join Adobe’s ambitious journey to transform enterprise content supply chains through innovative technology. As a Principal Product Manager, you will establish and apply a standard for brand intelligence that guides Generative AI models to deliver consistent, on-brand content at scale. This outstanding opportunity gives you a key role in crafting the future of enterprise marketing and creative workflows.

    This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI, Design Systems, and Enterprise Marketing, with a strong bias for execution and cross-functional teamwork.

    What You'll Do

    • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Instruct Generate, ensuring enterprise business context drives on-brand creative output through AI models and agentic tools.
    • Enable first- and third-party models and tools for generating with higher accuracy and brand compliance.
    • Collaborate with GenStudio and Firefly teams to align with Adobe’s broader brand and content supply chain strategy.
    • Engage with enterprise customers and vendors to understand AI challenges and opportunities, translating insights into actionable requirements.
    • Champion developer experience by providing comprehensive documentation, samples, and SDKs.
    • Monitor key business metrics and track progress against objectives as the CEO of Instruct Generate.

    What You'll Need to Succeed

    • 8-10+ years of product management experience in technology-supported creative or enterprise workflows.
    • Strong technical background in Generative AI, agentic frameworks, and modalities.
    • Proven experience with platforms, integrations, and API as a product.
    • Proficiency in brand systems and familiarity with DAMs and creative toolchains.
    • Excellent communication and cross-functional alignment skills.
    • A builder’s approach with curiosity, execution velocity, and empathy for end users.
    • Strong mix of IQ and EQ to leverage data and relationships effectively.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
    • Familiarity with API development, ontology development, knowledge graphs, and agent orchestration.
    • Background in creative tools, Design Systems, or marketing technology platforms.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $148,100 -- $282,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    In California, the pay range for this position is $194,800 - $282,100

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
