The Opportunity
Adobe is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and modernization of our Order-to-Cash (O2C) platform powered by SAP BRIM. This highly visible role is responsible for defining the future of Adobe's monetization platform, supporting both B2B and B2C business models across subscriptions, usage-based offerings, digital commerce, and enterprise licensing.
As a Principal Product Manager, you will own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for critical Order to Cash (OTC) capabilities. You will partner closely with Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Legal, and Tax teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities that support Adobe's evolving business needs.
The ideal candidate combines deep O2C domain expertise with strong Product Management fundamentals and SAP BRIM experience. You have successfully owned enterprise platform strategy, prioritized roadmap investments, driven measurable business outcomes, and influenced senior stakeholders in complex cross-functional environments.
Who You Are
You are a product leader who thinks beyond system implementation and focuses on solving business problems through scalable platform capabilities.
You have experience owning product strategy and roadmaps for enterprise platforms and understand how monetization, billing, revenue management, and financial processes work together to support business growth.
You are comfortable partnering with engineering teams on technical tradeoffs, collaborating with business stakeholders on priorities, and influencing executive leaders through data-driven recommendations and clear product strategy.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $134,400 -- $253,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $175,300 - $253,900
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
