We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead Enterprise-focused generative AI across imaging, video, and audio! This role is responsible for setting the strategy, planning implementation, and coordinating the ongoing delivery of multimodal model capabilities that enable on-brand content production at scale.

Working alongside world-class researchers dedicated to advancing the field, you will convert modern multimodal research into practical, high-quality solutions. This includes customization strategies such as brand adaptation and fine-tuning approaches. You will ensure model capabilities match customer workflow needs, quality standards, governance requirements, and business goals.

The ideal candidate focuses intently on customers, confidently engaging personally with Enterprise clients, and adeptly integrate information from research, engineering, market conditions, and customer feedback into practical priorities. They work well amid uncertainty, act swiftly, and uphold a high standard for creative quality across various modalities.

    What you'll do:

    • Collaborate with Enterprise teams and leadership to establish a vision while guiding roadmap creation and prioritization

    • Set strategy, plan implementation, and coordinate day-to-day execution of multimodal generative model capabilities

    • Interact directly with Enterprise customers to grasp workflows, governance constraints, and quality standards

    • Collaborate closely with research and engineering to convert innovation into production-ready Enterprise solutions

    • Provide a sharp quality eye in day-to-day model feedback while building scalable evaluation frameworks for performance and brand consistency

    • Establish a clear approach for first-party development versus third-party integrations based on the market landscape

    • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear product requirements, evaluation criteria, and measurable success metrics

    What you'll need to succeed:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience

    • 7+ years of product management experience

    • High standards for generative quality, with excellent discernment on the details that determine whether outputs meet Enterprise production standards

    • Experience building or scaling AI or ML-powered products in Enterprise or creative production contexts

    • Experience owning fine-tuning and model adaptation strategies end-to-end, from data sourcing through performance evaluation

    • Deep user orientation with demonstrated experience synthesizing direct customer input into product direction

    • Solid understanding of the generative AI market landscape and competitive dynamics

    • Strong ability to work collaboratively across research, engineering, and Enterprise partners

    Bonus Qualifications:

    • Experience with generative AI

    • Experience building tools for creatives and designers
