Job Description
The Principal Product Marketing Manager at ATPCO is a senior individual contributor who owns both the strategy and execution for a high-impact product within our portfolio. You will serve as the marketing lead for your product, shaping positioning, creating differentiated messaging, and driving go-to-market campaigns that deliver business outcomes.
This is a role for a highly collaborative, commercially-minded marketer who can operate independently while mentoring others across the product marketing team. You’ll work closely with product, strategy, and sales teams to ensure that product investments are reflected in compelling, consistent, and effective market communication.
Why This Role Matters
This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how one of ATPCO’s most critical products goes to market. You’ll define the strategic narrative, drive campaign execution, influence senior stakeholders, and mentor others—all while contributing directly to our business growth.
You will:
Provide strategic leadership in shaping ATPCO’s overarching product marketing strategy, ensuring long-term business objectives are met through innovative messaging and positioning.
Serve as a strategic mentor to the Product Marketing team, offering guidance that fosters growth, elevates storytelling skills, and strengthens team alignment—without direct management responsibility.
Drive high-level go-to-market campaigns for complex solutions, overseeing the execution of advanced strategies across multiple channels.
Partner with executive leadership, product teams, and external stakeholders to ensure that product messaging aligns with broader business objectives, while supporting key product investments and launches.
Develop and refine messaging frameworks that set ATPCO apart in the market, ensuring scalability, consistency, and differentiation.
Lead the development of strategic brand messaging and positioning frameworks, ensuring alignment with ATPCO’s product roadmap and business goals.
Design and execute complex go-to-market strategies, leveraging customer insights and advanced marketing tactics such as ABM, content marketing, and partner marketing.
Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across product, sales, and finance to ensure that marketing efforts align with business priorities and drive product adoption.
Act as a subject matter expert and spokesperson for your product, shaping narratives for external communications, sales presentations, customer stories, and keynotes.
Deliver marketing outputs such as blogs, sales playbooks, product demos, and campaign assets tailored to key buyer and user personas.
Partner with business leads to develop offer positioning, attach strategies, and messaging scenarios that support adoption and revenue impact.
Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
8+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of leading go-to-market strategies, messaging frameworks, and complex campaign execution.
Proven success in leading product launches and go-to-market strategies for complex technological solutions.
Strong mentorship experience, with a demonstrated ability to elevate peers and contribute to team development without formal people management responsibilities.
Demonstrated ability to create compelling, customer-centric messaging.
Excellent communication skills, with comfort presenting to executive audiences.
Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, airline, travel, or pricing ecosystems preferred.
Strong project management, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to act as a visible product evangelist and cross-functional influencer, representing the product in internal and external forums.
Salary Range: USD $130,600 - 155,080 USD
