    The Opportunity

    We are seeking a seasoned manager to lead product planning and marketing efforts, contributing to the creation of marketing strategies for new AI solutions within Adobe Experience Manager.

    As a strategic leader on the business, you will work closely with multiple cross-functional teams to devise and implement the GTM plans you develop. You will be encouraged to bring clarity and direction in a matrixed org, while aligning teams with different goals and strong opinions around a common vision. We seek a curious and quick learner with a creative problem-solving approach. The ideal candidate will analyze data and customer insights to identify industry trends, market strategies, and go-to-market priorities. Additionally, they will represent our company at industry events and customer meetings. The perfect candidate would be an AI enthusiast with:

    • Demonstrated ability to translate AI capabilities into customer value, especially in the context of content and experience management, web performance, personalization, and content optimization.
    • Experience marketing AI-powered products or features, including generative AI, predictive analytics, or intelligent automation.
    • Ability to craft messaging and positioning for agentic tools that act autonomously or semi-autonomously to drive business outcomes.
    • Demonstrated success in educating cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) on the strategic importance of solutions powered by AI.
    • Familiarity with AI ethics, transparency, and responsible marketing practices in enterprise environments.
    • Comfort working with telemetry data, machine learning outputs, and optimization algorithms to inform GTM strategy and product positioning.
    • Experience in identifying and highlighting customer use cases involving AI agents that lead to measurable improvements in engagement, conversion, or operational efficiency.
    • Collaborated with product management and engineering on market requirements for the solution offering.

    About You

    • 8+ years of proven experience in B2B product marketing or product management.
    • Outstanding written communication skills: capable of condensing complex concepts into concise executive summaries.
    • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise sales teams-building tools, delivering training, and directly influencing deal strategy and execution.
    • Success as an internal and external evangelist for product(s) or product line(s) by crafting compelling messages and showcasing the benefits and capabilities.
    • Proven leadership with the ability to build consensus and drive decision-making across multiple business units or matrixed organizations.
    • Proven track record to think and act strategically while advising a point of view with detailed discovery and analysis of relevant data.
    • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud or marketing solutions is desirable.
    • Familiarity with Content Management Systems, Generative AI, and/or associated technologies is a plus.
    • Preferred: Advanced degree or equivalent experience.
    • Experience with enterprise software business models and strategies.
    • 25% travel.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $146,300 -- $273,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
