    The Opportunity

    Adobe GenStudio is redefining how marketing teams create, activate, and amplify content using generative AI. As Product Operations Lead, you will be the critical connector between Product, Design, Engineering, GTM, and Customer teams, driving operational discipline and efficiency across our product development lifecycle. You will establish scalable processes, manage business rhythms, and ensure product goals stay aligned with strategy and execution.

    This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and product management-someone who can see both detail and pattern and translate between product strategy and operating cadence.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Operating Rhythm

    • Drive operational rhythms for GenStudio product teams, including roadmap planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), OKR management, and sprint goal alignment.

    • Build frameworks, templates, and dashboards that improve product visibility and decision-making clarity across leadership.

    • Manage product planning processes and maintain product roadmap.

    • Create frameworks that help product teams prioritize ruthlessly distinguishing must-haves from nice-to-haves across competing stakeholder requests

    • Facilitate strategic alignment sessions and offsites that ensure clarity across GenStudio product portfolio.

    Insights and Metrics

    • Partner with Product and Data teams to define key performance metrics, track progress, and identify optimization opportunities across product delivery and adoption.

    • Build feedback loops synthesizing data from customers, GTM, and design partners into actionable insights for Product leadership.

    • Build dashboards and reporting systems that give leadership real-time visibility into product health, customer adoption, feature usage, and business outcomes

    Cross-Functional Orchestration

    • Manage product launch readiness across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, Legal, Privacy, and Customer Success

    • Coordinate resource planning and headcount allocation across product teams in partnership with Engineering and Design leadership

    • Drive alignment between product roadmaps and GTM - ensuring launches are properly supported with enablement, marketing, and customer success resources

    • Remove operational blockers that slow teams down-whether process gaps, tooling issues, or organizational friction

    **Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management **

    • Brief the Head of Product for key meetings with customers, analysts, and executive stakeholders

    • Prepare executive updates for Adobe leadership summarizing product progress, key decisions, risks, and business outcomes

    • Translate product strategy into compelling narratives for different audiences: engineering teams, sales organizations, customer executives

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • 7+ years of experience in Product Operations or Business Operations, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or enterprise software environment.

    • Great communication skills, with the ability to drive projects forward and synthesize complex updates for executive audiences.

    • Proven success building scalable operational systems and business rhythms across large organizations.

    • Strong understanding of product development workflows (Agile, dual-track models) and ability to optimize cross-functional collaboration across PM, Eng, and Design.

    • Analytical mindset with experience in defining and tracking KPIs, OKRs, and outcome-driven metrics.

    Preferred:

    • Product Ops or Business Ops experience in GenAI product delivery

    • MBA or relevant business/technical degree.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $148,100 -- $282,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
