    The Opportunity

    Reporting directly to the Director, Enterprise Marketing PMO, the Principal Program Manager, Enterprise Marketing will be responsible for driving on-time, high quality delivery of integrated marketing activations for enterprise product releases and marquee events. In this role you will partner with the Product Marketing team, global integrated campaigns team and the broader marketing organization to ensure plans are executed and delivered on time via our established process.

    What You'll Do

    • Responsible for coordinating multiple concurrent programs, varying in size and complexity.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation lead for issues and updates.
    • Proactively identify risks in all assigned areas; work with teams and management to mitigate these risks before they become issues.
    • Build material(s) that can be consumed at various levels of the organization - from executive-level presentations to status reports for project teams.
    • Organize, facilitate, and drive status meetings. Summarize and communicate meeting outcomes to all team members.
    • Continually refine our release process, including optimizing usage of Adobe tools (such as Workfront, Acrobat PDF Spaces, etc.)
    • Assist the broader Marketing PMO team with process improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing sessions, process documentation, and other projects as needed.

    What you need to succeed:

    • 10+ years of experience in program management or operations.
    • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • High degree of intellectual curiosity and the ability to absorb new concepts
    • Familiarity with project management tools (Workfront preferred) and methodologies.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills.
    • MBA or advanced degree a plus.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $131,600 -- $250,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
