Job Description
The purpose of this job is to oversee the direction, coordination, and
completion of facility development and remodel projects from inception to
construction completion while adhering to critical plan submittal deadlines.
- Manage complex new construction, facility remodel, major
- maintenance, dealer conversion, and catastrophic damage projects up
- to point of construction start with no supervision.
- Interface with governing agencies to assess entitlement, permitting, and
- zoning requirements.
- Arrange and assess civil design, geotechnical, and environmental
- investigations and provide cost effective direction to consultants based
- on assessment findings.
- Layout new property and collaborate with Design team to complete
- civil, fuel, and architectural packages.
- Review design details with consultant team, Operations, and Executive
- management team
- Establish and monitor project budgets.
- Support construction team in contractor bid process and/or bid projects
- to appropriate contractors.
- Coordinate equipment purchases including quote solicitation, obtaining
- purchase orders, and scheduling deliveries.
- Present projects to government agencies and residents when
- appropriate; field and respond to arguments against company
- development initiatives.
- Participate in property negotiations when appropriate.
- Coordinate utility connections for new sites with appropriate providers.
- No limit of value of projects managed.
- Take the lead on property related legal matters such as right of way
- takings and easements.
- Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure
- guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies,
- and procedures.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
