We’re seeking an experienced Principal SAP HCM Solution Analyst to join a leading enterprise organization undergoing a transformative S4 HANA implementation. This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity offering a path to long-term career growth — and we’ll even consider remote candidates who bring the right expertise!

    About the Role:

As a Principal SAP HCM Solution Analyst, you’ll drive critical Payroll and Benefits configurations, lead SuccessFactors integrations, and bring fresh ideas to optimize processes. You’ll also oversee external partners and play a key role in shaping next-generation HR technology solutions.

If you’re passionate about building scalable solutions, influencing best practices, and making a direct impact on enterprise HR operations — this is your opportunity.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the SME and Lead Analyst within the SAP HCM Solution team.

    • Apply system solutions to evolving business needs — design, configure, and optimize SAP HCM and SuccessFactors platforms.

    • Lead business and technical process documentation, training materials, and solution rollouts.

    • Define project requirements, assist with budgets, and track project milestones to successful delivery.

    • Serve as the bridge between IT and Business stakeholders.

    • Mentor junior analysts and champion solution excellence across the team.

    Core Skills We’re Looking For:

    • 8+ years as a Principal SAP HCM Solution Analyst or similar leadership role.

    • Expertise in SAP ECC HCM Modules including Payroll, Benefits, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, BSI TF, and Workflow.

    • Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Modules is highly desired (Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruitment, Performance & Goal Management, Career Development, Succession Planning, Payroll).

    • Deep understanding of legal compliance requirements (HIPAA, EEO, COBRA, ACA, Tax reporting).

    • Skilled in third-party integrations (e.g., ADP, Kronos, Taleo).

    • Proven ability to drive system implementations, enhancements, and cross-functional alignment.

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field.

    • 5+ years collaborating closely with business teams outside of IT to deliver technology solutions.

    • Strong grasp of Agile and/or traditional SDLC project management methodologies.

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    • Experience leading Behavior-Driven-Design (BDD) processes and automating acceptance testing is a plus.
