As a Principal Solution Analyst – UKG, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring technology solutions align with business requirements and drive tangible outcomes. Rather than focusing on coding, this role emphasizes the design and configuration of systems to translate business needs into effective technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders, providing leadership, mentorship, and expert-level guidance on system enhancements and break-fix resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a lead/SME in the Solution Analyst team, driving project success.

• Design and configure Kronos Workforce Dimensions modules (Timekeeping, Accruals, Absence, Analytics, Integrations).

• Lead documentation and training initiatives, bridging technical and business language.

• Collaborate with Business Divisions/Functions and IT, managing project progress, milestones, and budgets.

• Mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.

Technologies & Skills:

• Kronos and Kronos Workforce Dimensions expertise (including Dell Boomi Integration, Outlook Plugin).

• Strong knowledge of system development lifecycles (Agile, BDD).

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in business/technology roles with cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience with systems development lifecycles, business process design, and automation.
