    Position Summary

    The Principal's Assistant serves as a key member of the administrative leadership team by supporting the Principal with daily school operations, student records, compliance, communication, curriculum coordination, enrollment, scholarship management, and administrative projects.

    This individual should possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, professionalism, confidentiality, and a heart for Christian education.

    Required Qualifications

    Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

    Minimum of 3 years of school administrative experience preferred

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    High level of professionalism and confidentiality

    Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

    Strong computer and technology skills

    Required Experience & Technical Knowledge

    Candidates should have experience with or proficiency in:

    Praxi Student Information System

    MySchoolWorx

    Microsoft Office Suite

    Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar, Drive)

    Student records management

    Enrollment and admissions support

    Parent communication

    School scheduling

    Educational reporting

    Curriculum Knowledge Preferred

    Experience working with or supporting schools that utilize:

    Abeka

    BJU Press

    Frog Street

    School of Tomorrow (ACE)

    Lillio Learning

    Scholarship & Compliance Experience

    Preferred experience with:

    Step Up For Students Scholarships

    Early Learning Coalition (ELC) provider requirements

    VPK documentation and compliance

    Student enrollment compliance

    State reporting requirements

    Background screening and school compliance procedures

    Responsibilities

    Support the Principal in daily school operations

    Maintain student records and administrative documentation

    Assist with enrollment and admissions processes

    Coordinate communication with parents, staff, and prospective families

    Manage scholarship documentation and reporting

    Assist with Step Up For Students and ELC requirements

    Support curriculum implementation and administrative oversight

    Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

    Coordinate meetings and maintain administrative calendars

    Assist with school events and special projects

    Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures

    Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information

    Help foster a positive, Christ-centered school culture
