What We’re Looking For:
Peacock, NBCUniversal’s streaming service, is seeking a Principal Technical Account Manager to manage a team dedicated to our MVPD & Telco experiences across all of our Global propositions. The Principal Technical Account Manager, is a highly collaborative, cross-functional role with touch points across NBCU's direct to consumer businesses including Product & Technology, Partnerships & Business distribution, Content, Legal, and Operations. The position requires excellent communication, strong project/business management skills, keen understanding of the streaming & media landscape, and an ability to interface with external & internal partners. The role is responsible to maintain key relationships our third party distribution partners within both business and technology teams. The role should have a keen understanding of streaming technologies to include delivery of streaming services to partners such as Comcast, Verizon and Deutsch Telcom.
About the Team
The TAM team’s mission is to establish NBCUniversal Streaming Services as a contemplated and innovation leader with strategic distribution partners for NBCUniversal Direct to Consumer platforms. The focus view of the group is to serve as the core facilitator for product and technology with top mobile, connected device, consumer electronics, & telecom operators (MVPDs, Wireless, & Pay TV), and other distribution partners such as (Google, Amazon, Apple, Samsung etc). The TAM is responsible for creating and maintaining constructive relationships with key strategic partners and ensuring business as usual (BAU) practices are developed and operationalized. The TAM team cultivates the link between our partners, emerging technologies, and the product, technology, and business teams within the organization. TAMs ensure the operational efficiency with partners and establish and maintain reporting, and monitoring of key metrics for our ongoing partnership programs. Generally focusing on operational and technical areas of measure. TAM serve as a primary point of contact with the distribution partners and our technology and product teams, working collaboratively across all functional stakeholders internally and externally.

Salary range: $150,000 - $190,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible).
