DTF Virginia is a growing production print company supporting custom apparel, transfers, signage, and specialty print products. We are looking for a Print Operator / Production Technician who is comfortable working in a dynamic, technology-driven production environment and enjoys learning new equipment.

This role is ideal for someone with production print experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to operate multiple machines in a fast-paced shop. We frequently bring new equipment online, and we’re looking for someone who sees that as an opportunity—not a challenge to avoid.

What You’ll Do

Operate and monitor multiple printers and production systems

Produce transfers, signage, decals, and specialty printed products

Maintain print quality, color accuracy, and alignment

Troubleshoot print, media, and equipment issues

Perform routine maintenance and equipment care

Pivot between different machines and workflows as needed

Maintain an organized, production-ready workspace

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a print shop, manufacturing, or production environment

Comfort with technology and production equipment

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset

Ability to manage multiple tasks and machines

Reliable attendance and attention to detail

DTF-specific experience is not required—production print experience is preferred.
