We are a graphics company that specializes in vehicle wraps and all types of marketing materials such as signage, business cards, vehicle graphics, window perf, magnets, decals etc. The print operator position requires working will high resolution digital files, running all of the printers, loading and unloading rolls of material, sign production, and more. This is a full-time position from Monday-Friday 8:30a.m-5:00p.m.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and extend materials weighing between 40–60 pounds on a regular basis.

• Strong computer skills, including the ability to work with digital files, production software, and troubleshoot basic computer or software issues.

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.

• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple projects or deadlines simultaneously.

• Strong time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Ability to think ahead, plan workflows, and anticipate production needs or issues.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with team members regarding job status, issues, or adjustments.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning as part of a team.

Preferred Additional Qualifications

• Previous software experience of any kind, particularly in design, production, or print-related environments.

• Familiarity with design or print-preparation software (e.g., RIP software, vector or raster-based design programs such as Adobe Suites) is a plus but not required.
