Responsibilities:

Assist customers with printing, packing, and shipping needs in a friendly and efficient manner.

Manage retail sales transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for use.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on products and services to effectively promote offerings to customers.

Handle incoming shipments and ensure proper inventory management.

Participate in marketing initiatives and community events to drive store traffic.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience preferred.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality service.

Must be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs as needed.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Positive demeanor and a team player mentality.
