Job Title: Entry-Level Print Production Associate Company: AlphaGraphics South Charlotte Location: South Charlotte, NC Pay: $12–$15 per hour Schedule: Full-Time | 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

About the Role We’re looking for someone ready to start a career in print production. As an Entry-Level Print Production Associate, you’ll work hands-on in the finishing department, learning the essential skills that bring printed materials to life.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to grow within a stable, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

Perform finishing tasks such as binding, laminating, trimming, and packaging

Assist with preparing jobs for delivery or pickup

Follow production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Learn equipment operation and production processes

Take direction from senior team members and production leads
