    We are a specialty printing company with in-house capabilities in UV printing, HP Indigo, sublimation, and screen printing. We’re a leader in name badges, laminated event credentials, and custom print solutions with a fast-paced environment.

    We’re hiring a Production Manager to take ownership of daily production operations, scheduling, materials coordination, and team leadership.

    Position Overview

    The Production Manager ensures that jobs move efficiently through the shop — from scheduling and materials to team coordination and deadlines. This person works closely with production staff, sales, and purchasing to deliver high-quality products on time, every time.

    This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk-only position.

    Responsibilities

    Production Scheduling & Workflow

    Create daily and weekly production schedules

    Assign jobs based on press type, staffing, and deadlines

    Manage rush orders and changes from sales

    Oversee job flow across printing, finishing, and shipping

    Team Leadership

    Lead and support production team

    Train operators and enforce quality and safety standards

    Monitor performance, engagement, and shift coverage

    Materials & Purchasing Coordination

    Order unique or specialty materials as needed

    Partner with part-time purchasing agent on regular inventory

    Track stock levels for inks, substrates, badges, laminates, and consumables

    Cross-Department Coordination

    Serve as the main communication link with the sales team

    Clarify specs, proofs, deadlines, and changes

    Report on production status, risks, and completion timelines

    Quality & Efficiency

    Reduce rework and prevent bottlenecks

    Track output, waste, and throughput

    Coordinate equipment maintenance and downtime planning

    Qualifications

    3+ years in print manufacturing or related production environment

    Experience with one or more methods: UV, Indigo, screen, or sublimation

    Proven scheduling and production planning background

    Leadership or team lead/supervisor experience required

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills
