About the Role:

Join SpeedPro Alpharetta as a Large Format Production Manager and lead our dynamic team in delivering high-quality visual solutions. In this role, you will oversee production processes, ensuring efficiency and excellence in every project.

Responsibilities:

Manage Production Staff and daily production operations to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Create graphic design layouts and digital proofs.

Prepress files for machine production (printing , cutting). Optimize setup for efficient use o time & materials.

Operate printer and cutting machine software.

Train and mentor team members on production techniques and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience in production management or a similar role in the printing industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proven capability in using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Ability to work in a collegial and collaborative work environment.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
