📅 Schedule: This is a part-time position with rotating shifts, averaging 12 to 20 hours per week.

We're seeking someone with a strong service mindset who can juggle multiple responsibilities while keeping customers at the center of everything they do.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or higher

Experience: In sales or customer service roles

License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

🧰 What You'll Do

Provide excellent customer service for printing, shipping, packaging, and business services

Support daily operations, including opening and closing the center

Operate the point-of-sale system and manage register transactions

Sort and distribute mail to private mailbox holders

You're on your feet and engaged at the service counter throughout your shift

You can safely lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.

You communicate clearly and professionally—whether it’s in person, over the phone, or by email
