The Production Assistant reports directly to the Operations Manager and is primarily responsible for finishing various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the company’s profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn-around times, high-quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste.

Functions:

Drive the printing and production of client projects

Operate digital machinery; large-format printers, laminators, and cutters

Hand table/finishing work to take projects from our machines to installation ready.

Smaller graphic installations

Unloading/unpacking deliveries to the studio

Packing, labeling, and shipping completed projects

Utilization of our Operating Software to organize our project flow.

Can work a full 8 hour day standing.

Ability to lift and move 50lbs

Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing (nice to have but not required)

Desire and ability to absorb new skills and information.
